Please re-introduce regular use of a metal speculum as well as plastic specula for every patient in your otherwise excellent exams. If needed, discontinue the use of the dildo machine in order to do so. A main element of the attraction of this site is gynecological exposure of female sexual anatomy, with special focus on the cervix. If other elements is needed in order to improve the exam, please also consider utilizing an endoscope, or even introduce comparative studies of two patiens examined at the same time.

My point is: Using two different speculums (one plastic, one metal) for each patient at each appointment, has been an Exclusiveclub hallmark. You should not discontinue doing this. Exsposing a patient's cervix with specula is a main part of the attraction. :)

Yes! That´s it, in a nutshell: More speculums. More cervix exposure. In the past, you have been really great at this. Keep it up, please. :)
And please loose the dildo machine. That thing is completely off topic here.

As I consider this to be, par excellence, a speculum fetish site in a gyno exam setting, please please please re-introduce the use of several different specula pr. patient. Please obtain, and use, many different metal and plastic specula. If the comfort/discomfort of your patients is an issue, instead of not using a speculum, consider using several different types pr. patient as a form of "speculum reseach", and each time let the patient describe what each instrument feels like.
I very much think such a reseach program would fit well in with the whole essence of this site. :)
