Please reintroduce the use of more than just one speculum per patient per exam. Speaking as a person with a speculum fetish, Exclusiveclub offers some of the most enjoyable porn. The whole process of speculum insertion, the gradual expansion of a speculum for maximum visualization of the cervix, as well as keeping the speculum in place and open whilst doing any other task in the exam room, is a great turn. Even more so: Doing repeated insertions for each patient, using different types of speculums per session (like in the brilliant episode featuring Shandy), and visualizing the patients´ cervix from several positions (regular position, sideways position, form behind with the patient on all four, or even with the patient standing upright) in one and the same exam, is an even bigger turn on.
As I understand, these days Exclusiveclub seems to be using just one speculum all the time. And though this is a really nice speculum, and no doubt put to really good use and for lengthy visualizations, I miss the good old days when the good doctor would remove one speculum just to say: "And now, for a look with the other speculum!" Now, that is Exclusiveclub magic! Please continue doing so. If not in every case, then at least occasionally use more than one type of speculum per examination.
