Your examinations are really good and also a big compliment to the photographer!!
But the procedure of your examinations are always very similar.
I can imagine, that some of your patients (old women or young girls) would be able to show a cervix prolaps or an anal prolaps like "Dirtygardengirl" - and others - are able to do this!
I would very appreciate to have a deep look in the rosebutt of an older woman or young girl!
