CAMERA, ACTING
When model is squating, dont push her shoulders, dont stay behind her back, just walk aside and let operator to film her from different angles and sides: front, 3/4, side, back and back bottom closeup.
When applicating the speculum, camera shouldn't always be behind your shoulder - you cant see what you're doing with vagina and camera also dont discover the best viewpoint. Try to film it next way: Start inserting the speculum with cameras regular-behind-shoulder position. Then (when vagina begans to spreading in middle width and youre starting to twist the speculum to catch the cervix) orbit the camera to film models side and doctors face. Then quick orbit to previous position and open speculum wider. Then short models face closeup and return to behind-the-shoulder position while stretching vagina to the limits.
Use this orbit technic to discover new better viewpoints and cathing models emotions also during other proceedures as well.

Thank you! But I meant that camera could orbit around the model and take both: general and close-up views. But I see, you can't orbit a main camera because of second cam which captures a general view for SpyHospital site.
I meant that you need to give main camera more freedom: pans, orbits, and so on. That hidden camera dont lets get closer the main camera or capture process aside the model.
Maybe you could change the hiden camera location to top of the left wall (if standing face to gynocheir) right above the foot of the couch. And focus it left from gynochair right on tools tables (gynochair is near the cameras right frame border).
Such way you could do right orbits of MAIN CAMERA to film models left side as well. With a close-ups of the pussy, tits, belly, face and panning between that focus points.
