We would like to clearly let know all members what they can expect when they singnup. We really hope you appreciate that we try to be honest and also we would like to discuss here your opinions about our download rules.

Now you can read the info about download rules on the main page of our new members area. I am going to repeat our download rules and policy here..so here we go:
- speed 300kB/s per user
- current download limit is 10Gb per user per day (thats approx. our 20 standard DVD like videos or 10 HD videos per day)
- no download managers or download plugins are allowed
- only up to 5 IP different adderesses per user

Even if this seems to be restrictive policy, according to our stats for past several months we can tell less than 1% of all members is affected.

For those who wants to know all the details,let me explain why we apply this and what happens when you exceed. Unfortunately there are many passowrd traders and cheaters around. Once they share the password to the members area, many leechers com and starts to download. We have experienced this already several times and I can tell you it is terrible. The result is overusing of HW resources, sometimes server even goes down and all the legitimate users are affected, they can not access the site etc. Thats why we apply custom automatic script that is controlling our members area.

If you exceed your download limit per day, the access to your account is blocked till midnight (Central European Time) when it is atumatically restored and you can continue to enjoy your membership. We believe the download limit is quite generous.

Why we do not allow download managers? There are two reasons, first our software is automatic and it can not tell if you are legitimate user with download manager or password trade and leechers. And the second even more important reason is, using download manager is affecting the download speed of other legitimate members. Since you all paid the same price we believe you all have the right to enjoy the same download speed.
You do not have to download the all photos from the set one by one, we offer one big ZIP file, also the video files are pretty big. So it should not be too much bothering to simply download the content you want to watch from the brwoser. Moreover your membership is not valid just one day, so enjoy your memberhip and download more stuff in more days.

Thanks for this explanation I joined yesterday and got blocked out this morning( I managed to download 500mb approx) (never read any rules till just now) I have a slow connection and so used get right I was in a bad mood when I contacted the billing company who told ne the password worked fine for them whereas i kept getting the 403 error as mentioned by other members in other treads in this forum.
If I understand the rules correctly I should be up and running again tomorrow and will have to download one file at a time.

In the past I keep getting knocked off and have to constantly restart and the get right program restarts for me without me having to sit beside my computer do download a movie which could take a day.
I can set this program to only download one file at a time would this be acceptable.

(Ps I don’t know anything about the ip address per user I presume that you are referring to networks)

Yours truly (and I am presuming tat I will be up and running tomorrow)

I checked your account and restored it.
Well, I strongly suggest not to download any HD movies with the slow connection. HD movies are over 1,2Gb in size and on slow connection it can take a long hours and since you probably get even disconnected several times and have to click again on the file to continue download it counts as a new download and add up to your daily download limit.

For the slow connection we have the standard version fo the video chooped into 8 pieces so each file is only 50Mb in size and you should be able to download these wihtout problems. The standard videos are same as HD movies except they are nto HD of course.
Unfortunately HD is too big and it is good only for high speed broadband access. Until you get higher speed I suggest to use standard videos that are chooped into several parts. You shoulůd be able to download them easily.

One think I was wondering about is, if people with slow connection like you were interested if we provided service like sneding HD videos on DVD? Of course this service would have to be for an additional fee because it is time
consuming to burn it and also shipping woulůd cost something, but it could be solution for members with too slow connection. We currently provide our members with 300kB/s download so thats something like 3Mb/s conection at full
speed.

Well, let me know what do ou think about that service I suggested and at the moment as I wrote I suggest to download standard definition videos if you are on too slow connection..
