Please improve the camera angle so high heel shoe can be seen while in the gyno chair, thanks

I totally agree, seeing high heel shoes while in the gyno chair is the best feature for Spy Hospital. Please keep the camera angle so all girl and gyno work can be seen including high heel in the stirrups.
