How about suppositories? I would be glad to see the girls getting a suppository during the examination. Maybe right after the rectal temperature taking... instead of using real medical suppositories (fever, pain etc.) you could using something harmless like hemoroidal suppositories. Slowly insert those torpedos in their bum... it's sexy!
