Make examination videos with a female woman doctor or / and female nurse and with a beautiful girl who became a complete physical exam consist of a pelvic exam, plastic and metal speculum exam, manual and bimanual (pussy and ass) exam, pussy fingering (possibly a little lesbo), dildo exam on the gyno chair and table including a rectal exam with anal speculum and proctoscope exam to get up on her knees and down on her elbows.

My opinion: not a good idea for me. i prefer male doctors examning female patients, becazse you also feel and many times can see the humilitation which suffers i.e. a young patient with an old doctor or spefial also a mature woman being examined by a young doctor.
By the way: you never have elder patients who need a gyno exam?
