i guess the Doc is drinking too much beer plus he is getting older.
but there is something about the older doc, isnt it? I checked some videos from other site with the young girl playing doc and well, our doc seemed better. not to mention not every guy would know how to use the speculums etc.
plus doc knows how to handle girls well
