I agree. Older women (say over 45), with bare feet (no shoes or stockings), AND UNSHAVED PUSSIES! Most older women don't shave even AROUND their crotches, never mind any trimming of their mounds.

I think they should be hairless as it gives us a better look at what they have and see the size of the pussy lips, plus it might be more embarrassing for the older patient to know this. I do agree about the shoes, taking away the shoes makes them less confident.

Best would be if they first are hairy and being examined hairy. Then they are to be shaved on chair and re-examinded in shaved look.

You should install hidden cams in a toilet telling the women that they have to go for a pee before examination.
