May I propose that one of your girls undergo a thorough rectal examination.
This could be the sequence:

6-He then administers a good two quart soapsuds cleansing enema using an extended enema nozzle.
7-After voiding herself, the patient would return to the table on all fours for the end of the examination.
8- For the final probing the doctor must use the three pronged rectal speculum much like he did wen he examined Rachael's vagina in her second examination sequence.

Yes, I agree too to intense rectal examinations.

There is no problem when the girl is laying on her back. But when the doc is ordering her on all fours, the cameraman has a problem. When you have only one camera, maybe you can use a small webcam fixed at the top of the gynochair. Afterwards you can montage that into the total movie.
