First of all, congratualtions to the new lay out and improved video and picture quality. I surely think the right step into the right direction.

But .... all the pics and videos are more or less the same - you might say after a certain time period even boring. Why: the same instruments, the same doc, the same procedure, the same instruments, the same chair, the same ....

Now then, my recommendations as following:
- new gyno chair with different stir up's
- different instruments to be used (eg different specula, vaginal x-ray scanning, smaller vaginal procedures, real pap smear, real colposcopy, ...)
- different procedures - not always the same
