i have discussed the speculum/clear view issue on some other post already, the problem is not with the speculum but with the girl anatomy. Some of the girls have very tight vagina, moreover, they are afraid of speculum, so you just can't open in wide enough unless we want to torture the patients.
Also, not sure you have noticed, we use several sizes of the plastic collin speculum because vaginas vary. In real life it would be nice to have such tight pussy (if you understand what i mean) but not very suitable for speculum exam to have a clear view of cervix.

Perhaps you have noticed, we have start using the metal graves speculum again. First, the plastic collin speculum exam is performed afterwards the metal graves speculum comes in.

Agree but some of the girls will handle this speculum nice. Take Nadia and Lora... they would look great with this speculum and play in the gyno chair.
