I have several ideas for the examinations

1st idea have pregnant women getting a full gyno examination
2nd idea. of having a woman getting examined during her period and the doctor will flush the vagina out with water to remove the blood prior to examination?
3rd idea. having some exams include a catheter to drain the urine from the woman.

what are peoples thoughts on these ideas?

I think catheter insertion would be awsome. Other 2 ideas not as good for me
I'd like to suggest a few more ideas to perform
1. anal examination and anal examination with speculum inserted in pussy with 90 deg rotation (back vagina wall is free and being bended by finger inserted into anal) - very attractive action which you may perform sometimes
2. vagina douche you could sometimes doing in old way - without speculum - sometimes with speculum
3. enema - enother thing you could use in your videos
4. vagina stretching - dont be afraid to insert your fingers deeper into vagina and stretch vag walls, not only labias (streching such girl as Ava would be spectacular as she could perform so wide speculum opening!)
5. please return the balloon therapy. Sometimes it could be done, especially when girl could handle huge inflation.

Another suggestion is to perform urethral sounding. Its absolutely medical procedure you could make sometimes.
Maybe you should use another thermometer type and insert it deeper into vagina
