Yes, please! This would be absolutely terrific. I have a few suggestions though:
The women should be youngish, pretty, and presented as nurses, well groomed and beautifully made up.
They should be in uniform till, as nurses, they would normally stop working - 4 weeks before delivery. In the 9th month they could stay in uniform or not.
There will not be much of a bump till around the 3rd month usually. So in the first few months she will know, but not the rest of us. She can keep us guessing - we might even vote on it
Pussies must be nicely prepared; complete baldness is not essential - short, perhaps dyed black, fuzzy borders surrounding the outer lips can look amazing, but runways of fuzz up on to the Mons are attractive too.
Pussies change their appearance during pregnancy and a series of these could make a nice gallery.
Internal speculum examinations would be fascinating, but could only be carried out with the pregnant woman's written consent, and by a doctor or a trained nurse/midwife. Sponsorship might be available for this, I guess.
This leads on to lactation and here there is more scope for imagination. There are a lot of poor quality vids out there, all of which, as far as I can see, involve the recipient of the milk spitting it out! I cannot understand this. If it is good enough for a baby, then why not swallow, it is bound to taste better than sperms!
Neither pregnant young women, nor those lactating are everyone's cup of tea. There could be a separate category for this fetish, with perhaps a small additional payment to allow access.
