I was a member here awhile ago and recently just signed up a second time, the improvements that have been made are good ones.

Here are a few other ideas.

It would be great if some girls provided urine samples for the doctor.
I have seen a few girls get anal suppositories, how about vaginal suppositories for some girls.
More vaginal temperature taking, and pap smears.
Have some girls get part of their vaginal exam done with their panties on or have the doctor do an inspection of her panties while she is wearing them.
