Would like to see middle aged well endowed Asian women. Have a waiting room scene where they come in, sign their name and sit quietly as the camera looks them over from all angles.Have them in nice skirts (no pants). I was a photographer in Hollywood for 45 years and have lots of ideas about filming these scenes. Have them leave on their high heels. Legs look 1000% better with them on. Too bad you are not local.

For medical exams, barefoot looks more realistic

You are right Murray about bare feet looking more realistic. Heels look more sexy and give the ladies class. I have been in doctor offices where the gals were asked it they wanted to keep the shoes on. Most do and the heels actually go into the stirrups and make it much more comfortable and easier to maintain the position. It is just a matter of taste, but heels really accentuate the legs and look fantastic.

I'm with Dennis on this one. High heels are much, much sexier. Bare feet may or not be more realistic, but I don't join the site for realism. I want to be turned on. The most unsexy footwear is trainers. Nothing can compare with a shot of a beautiful woman, holding her cunt lips wide open, while dressed in stiletto heels and fishnet stockings. The heels do seem to provide a bit of leverage in the stirrups to thrust the pelvis forward for better display.

On second thought, and after reviewing member responses, I actually don't have a strong opinion about bare feet versus shoes. If however, the model is physically more comfortable wearing shoes and it allows her to thrust out her pelvis for a better view then she can wear army boots for all I care.
